Hello, everyone! after dealing with real life and the other nonsense of living, panny and i have decided to bring back war of change. give a round of applause. we’ve worked through all of the information and hopefully improved coherency and cohesion; however, tell us if we missed something. eventually, we’ll announce an event to celebrate the re-opening, so look out for information on that. -RAIDNE, THE HEAD ADMIN
From the moonless night, screams of terror and fear resound, spreading across the world and infecting the masses; however, those sleepless nights occurred years ago. A new era began with the fires of war, and with no end in sight, the residents of Selene Isle trudge through life, basking in the momentary peace. Despite their prayers for continued monotony and peace, a storm brews, stirred to life by the continued presence of Rapture and Wraith. And as we set our sights on the seemingly peace laden isle, we must ask: how shall this tale end?
As the years passed, the number of true pairs increased; however, they continued to live in the shadows, catering to the whims of the mundane. Seven Moons kept watch over them all, instructing them and assisting them, but for many, the attitudes and ideals of the organization were smoldering, suffocating. With Seven Moons and the mundanes, they could not grasp the freedom, the power dangling before their eyes. In the beginning, rebellion was a dream, a fantasy, a figment—developed by the repressed and carried forward due to the nature of humanity. No one expected the call to sound, and no one expected the call to be answered. However, it happened.
Like all the colours Like true love Like the purity of the light Oh stars in heaven Give me the story of true love and the purity of the light
It took two glances on him to realize he was a boy. The way people set their eyes on him was disturbing and sickening but he has already used to it. No matter how manly the attire he was wearing, people still mistook him as a girl. Perhaps it was because of his long and beautiful silvery hair. He twirled few strands around his finger as his eyes focused on the book he was reading. From time to time his eyes glanced off the page, replying unpleasant stares from the brothel's customers back with his infamous nasty 'what' glare. Seriously, who in the right mind would find entertainment in this sort of place? He sighed lightly and decided to end his reading.
He barely can indulge himself one chapter in peace with half of the presence on the floor was staring at him.
A brown package has safely placed and kept by his side until the rightful recipient appeared. Lili felt like asking why this place instead of other locations, but he knew it's the client's right and so he simply obliged. "Thank you," and "Please to do business with you," were two words exchanged between the men. Lili bowed and waited for him to walk out. A male escort, who was about his age and looked rather dashing, was walking with him. Him and Lili made an eye contact but it was Lili who simply averted his ocean blue eyes away as he found the way he looked at him was strange. It was as if he was... jealous. A light scoff escaped. Jealous? Should not he realize he was a man too?
A sigh escaped as his eyes lingered down on the floor. "What a weirdo," he murmured. The feminine looking young man fixed his sleeves and grabbed his book with one hand. A man's voice heard crept from behind. "Ho... is this the new one that they were talking about?" He snickered. Lili turned his head behind and noticed two men were standing behind him. Both of them dressed like corporate people. Perhaps they were the brothel's customers. One of them gave him this pervert stare on him that, instead of making him feel uncomfortable, made him raised an eyebrow in surprise. "Excuse me?" He said, not fully understand what they were talking about. His facial expression slowly changed when he realized the situation.
O-oh.
He flinched with his ears and tail perked straight up and shouted a bit, "AH, WAIT! Hold on now! Don't tell me you---." He was not sure if what he was thinking was right, but if it was, then he was in big trouble. Being mistaken as a girl in daily life was bad enough and now he was mistaken as a... a... an employee in this brothel? He took one step back and, in response, the men took one step front towards him. He walked backward and has his back against the wall. Fear overtook his face with his lips made a smirk and his eyebrows knitted lightly. "He does look like a girl. Maybe he is a girl under that clothes."
Oh man.
He shrieked with his two hands front almost like he was trying to shield himself from the approaching men, "Heeek!" For the love and mercy from Heaven, someone help him!

OPEN || THEME SONG || Why Lili, why did you come in the first place...
Having just finished his shift, Ellis was just leaving the back room after changing into something a bit more decent: a dark blue sweater and jeans. It was always a slight relief to be covered up after the revealing outfits he wore while trying to attract clients, not that he would admit it aloud of course. The commotion of hearing a guy yelling caught his attention, the prostitute deciding to check it out from curiosity mostly. His blue eyes narrowed when he spotted the scene, recognizing the two in suits as regulars but not the one being backed into a corner. Those who worked here typically didn’t act so reluctant anyway, as it was their job to accept that sort of attention.
“Oi, the hell do you two think you’re doing?” The blonde called out as he got closer to the three, eyes still narrowed to a glare as he moved to stand in front of the particularly feminine one protectively. “He doesn’t work here, I’d remember that cute face. Besides, it’d be bad for business if we let random people get raped here,” he warned them, a light British accent in his voice since it faded during the past three years of living on the isle. His tone was quite authoritative as well, leaving little room for argument. For being a prostitute, he sure seemed to have a lot of confidence- at least on the outside he did.
“Well that’s a shame, maybe we could have rented out both of you. I mean, last time was quite fun, Ellis,” one of the businessmen smirked, running his fingertips down the blonde’s cheek before tracing his jawline. Their tastes laid in the more feminine sort, from what he had seen. While the blonde didn’t look like as much of a girl as the one behind him, it had been enough to peak their interest before. Honestly he despised how feminine he looked, even if it could be worse, normally only putting up with it when he was with clients.
The prostitute easily suppressed the urge to flinch away, having got used to it during his few years of working here. Instead he smiled and moved to grab the man’s hand gently and caressed it lightly as he pulled it away from his face, not wanting to piss off a previous and possibly returning client. “My shift just ended, so maybe next time, yeah? There are plenty of others around for you to shag,” Ellis said, smiling until they left before he turned around with a sigh. “People here can be right jerks… What’s someone like you doing here anyway? No offense, but you don’t really look like a typical patron. Are you applying for work or something?”
Aren't you the blind one here? You don't have the option of making the choices Answer me either with "yes" or "understood" All right, good boy♥
It was a bad idea to agree to such business meeting here, after all. Nevertheless, Lili was the type of guy who would do whatever it takes to get his task done- even if he has to crawl in to a dirty place like this. What scared him was not the men, but the attempt to touch him showed obviously on their face. He could easily beat them up, but the fear of being touched grossed him out and dropped his defensive mechanism to zero. As the men were coming closer to him, a sudden from a saviour heard out of nowhere. Like a helpless puppy, Lili stretched his head up to see who was it that appeared in the scene. His wide eyes reflected a great pleading gaze for help from the mysterious knight to rescue him.
“He doesn't work here, I’d remember that cute face. Besides, it’d be bad for business if we let random people get raped here,”
Lili listened quietly to his stand to protect him. From behind, the feminine boy watched the strawberry blonde's figure. Tall, good-looking and very confident. His voice screamed dominance, or at least he seemed to be in order to win against the two guys. Being a chairman at a very young age, Lili used to analyzing potential people to work for his company. He can easily extract good and bad qualities, strengths and weaknesses and pros and cons of having the individual as his employer. His eyes keen to seek what's hidden beneath falseness and lies, pushing the truth out even if it's against the will of the person. For now, Lili has his focus on this charming rescuer. His eyes blinked and thin brows knitted.
Wait, did he just say cute face?
Lili growled inside. What the hell is wrong with people these days? Does he look like a girl to be called CUTE? Don't call, a boy, CUTE! He pouted secretly behind the man, pounding the thought of telling him not to call him a cute face. He may have saved him, but this was a totally different story. Lili listened to their conversation more.
“Well that’s a shame, maybe we could have rented out both of you. I mean, last time was quite fun, Ellis,”
Huh? The young man blinked and raised his eyes up in surprise. He almost shrieked when one of the men ran his finger along the blonde's cheek. The sight caused his body to feel electrified, jolting slightly and made his muscles tensed. He felt goosebumps at the back of his neck just from watching how these two reacted. Firstly, the skin to skin direct touch was a big NO to him, who has phobia of being touched. Secondly, the man seemed so affectionately creased the blonde on his cheek and along his jawline, like what a guy would do to a girl! Lili tried to suppress his feelings from freaking out. He covered his mouth and quietly watched this.
Oh God, he felt his knees were losing the strength to keep standing from watching this and made him slid down slightly against the wall. Reading people was like a piece of cake for the young man, and he could see the blonde was not the type who likes to be touched as well. His mind drafted what was going on here quickly and slowly he realized who was the man who saved him.
He worked here, wasn't he? His mind went on and off mode few times, unable to accept the fact a male prostitute does exist and even accept male clients. He may be innocent, but he sure hell knows what kind of job an escort does. His mind went blank and suddenly he became too stiff to move. He was so startled that, if he was a cartoon character, his mouth could have turned into a beak and his face became a weird-looking duck. Ocean blue eyes blinked few times in silence before he looked up at him.
Oh, right. He filled both inner cheeks with air and pouted like a child. He fixed his glasses and exclaimed, "Do I look like a girl to you? Don't call a guy cute, even if he is only a bit- wait, maybe a lot shorter than you, with long silver hair and big eyes!" He ranted pretty much about how he had casually referred him as a cute face just now. His voice sounded like he was not that angry. He was more like trying to ease himself out from the intensity he felt inside him after watching the horrifying scene of a man touched another man.
Blinking, Lili tilted his head and showed concern, "You...are you all right though? I mean, he... he's one of your c... clients right?" He had to swallow the air to clear up his throat so he could finish his sentence. He would like not to disrespectful about it. Surely him working here was not his choice of life right? He believed that was the case, and as a fortunate one, Lili tried not to show any sense of disgust or even sympathy, for he seemed to be the type of guy who has pride on what was going on his life. Trying not to get this conversation even more awkward, Lilianth flailed around for his book and looked at him.
"Ah, about that. I was here to meet my boss's client. I would have been a goner if it's not for your help. So thanks, um..." He has no idea what to call him. He let his sentence died just like that, watching him quietly for him to at least say an alias.
