[attr="class","tell"] ♣Tags|| @zeit05 // attire♣Words||458 Now that Zakuro thought about it she was dressed up way to cute to be in this part of the island by herself, however she had come for information about there was no other way around it. she just had to look lost was all and once she found her target and pretended to get information about directions from him she could go home and burn this outfit and scrub her skin clean from the dirt she could feel just clinging to her. The alleys of Selene Island were no place to be for anyone unless of course you were the type of person everyone else didn’t want to be around, a haven of sluts and skanks the dirty drug users and deals and just about any other ill reputed person around. It was also the best place to find the spies and double crossers who wanted to sell the information they had risked their lives for. Some had contacts which fed them their information and others well they just liked the thrill of having their lives on the line. Zakuro had been told of a man who set up “shop” if you could call it with information on the groups that seemed to be fighting against each other. It wasn’t that she really cared which group one mainly because her choice to be within the seven moons was involuntary. Even so she was a part of their ranks and was given the task of collecting data on the rival factions until otherwise told to stop. Every other connection she had tried to make with other brokers had ended in them laughing at her and getting their asses kicked by her in the process. For such a tiny thing they were pretty shocked to see how well she fought back against them, even if it was without any warning. Zakuro would take her frustrations out on them and once she was calm and collected again and their bodies were bloody in the middle of an alley she went back to looking for yet another person with information. The last guy she had kicked the crap out of had mentioned a guy off of to the alley of Crescent and Main Street, they said he would give her the needed information regardless of what she looked like. It struck Zakuro as odd and trap like so she had beat the hell out of him again just to make sure he wouldn’t be able to remember ever seeing or telling her such kind of things. Leaning against the side of a building opposite the man in question she watched him for a what seemed like days before approaching him “ a little birdy told me you could help me”[newclass=.tell]background-color:#2a6e6b;width:400px;height:400px;padding:20px;font-family:tahoma;font-size:7.5pt;color:#000000;text-align:justify;overflow:auto;margin-top: -390px; -webkit-transition: all .1s linear;-moz-transition: all .1s linear;-ms-transition: all .1s linear;-o-transition: all .1s linear;transition: all .1s linear;opacity:0;[/newclass] [newclass=.tell:hover]opacity:10;-webkit-transition: all .1s linear;-moz-transition: all .1s linear;-ms-transition: all .1s linear;-o-transition: all .1s linear;transition: all .1s linear;[/newclass]

[ VALÈRE D'ARRAS ] [ @rora ] I'M ONLY HUMAN, I'VE GOT A SKELETON IN ME BUT I'M NOT THE VILLAIN, DESPITE WHAT YOU'RE ALWAYS PREACHING valentine—the name associated with the underworld. chuckles escaped the fair haired youth as he walked the empty streets. dawn approached, and the scum of the isle slunk away, disappearing into their hovels and hibernating the sunlight away. valère derived amusement from the actions of the lowlife thugs, who believed themselves to be superior. they, however, bowed to the leader of synister, recognizing his strength and fearing his wrath. if faced with a clash against rapture or wraith, they used their miniature brains and fled, pivoting on their heels and scrambling into the relative safety of the shadows. septimal moon—pale lips quirked into a lazy grin with the thought of the power hungry members of the decimated organization—elicited anger from the inhabitants of the isle’s red light district, for they refused to forgive past grievances and maintained a righteous anger, geared toward the seven seats of the former powerhouse.
ironic, the teenaged informant breathed as he shoved his hands into the pockets of his hoodie, the fabric stretching due to the additional weight. the hood shadowed his features, creating an air of mystery around him; however, valère thought the aura suited his chosen occupation. people viewed information brokers in reverence, relying on them to provide accurate intel and to remain impartial in conflicts. steel grey tinted eyes studied the dark storefronts as his walk continued, pace languid and unhurried. few people visited in the brief interlude between morning and night, but he wanted to reach his chosen point of operation. during the night, he traversed the streets freely, collecting intel and gaining additional connections with the outside world. his sacrifice utilized the coveted information and assisted the snowy haired youth whenever possible. their system worked and granted the teen access to higher grade information, which brought the street urchins crawling to his selected alley.
with an explosive sigh, valère veered off the main street, which connected the various districts of selene isle to one another. the darkened alley welcomed the youth as he strode further and further down the narrow expanse; however, his forward momentum ceased as he reached the dead end. most informants preferred to leave themselves with an accessible escape route, but everyone knew valentine bet his life against the odds. people believed in the veracity of his intel due to his reckless behavior, convinced that his willingness to toss aside his life would guaranty their success in their chosen endeavors and secret operations. no one realized that his actions were calculated, based upon the gullibility of humanity and his inferior sense of self-worth. he survived from day-to-day, but in the end, he wanted to greet the afterlife. he accepted his lack of a fairytale existence at a young age, making life seem unbearable on occasion.
hours passed. the sun moved overhead, arching across the endless blue sky and slowly illuminating the alley. people roved the streets, awakened by the sun. they, however, did not seek the pleasures of sex and alcohol. no, they strode purposefully forward—toward their jobs, toward their friends, toward their family, toward their future. as the crowds surged by, silver hued eyes connected with the listless gaze of a young girl. she appeared within the singular breaks in the throng of people, and within the shadows of his hood, a pale brow rose. a patron? he mused aloud, curiosity tainting his tone. with the next break in the crowd, the girl disappeared, but valère expected her to vanish. her reappearance, however, startled him due to her voice ringing out through the alley. the sudden sound caused the male’s body to tense, curling in upon itself and diminishing the youth’s presence. choked laughter escaped him as he lifted a hand to press against his mouth, appendage muffling the sound of his voice.
fingers pressed against his cheeks and jaw as he shifted the gloved appendage, leaving space for his voice to resound through the narrow space. a little birdy? how quaint, he murmured as his petite frame continued to lean against the brick wall. his clothes kept his skin from connecting with the rough surface, and from his chosen vantage point, he would rarely be caught unaware. the bird might have spoken correctly… depends on what you require. pale grey colored eyes gained a mischievous gleam as pale lips quirked into a subtle smirk. adrenaline thrummed through his body as his fingers added additionally pressure to his face, grounding him in reality as he awaited the female’s response to his statement. [attr="class","tell"] ♣Tags|| @zeit05 // attire♣Words||588 It was hard to keep her eyes on one place while in the belly of the beast, too many things could happen in the shadow of the sun. Within this world there was a place for everything a proper balance which allowed for the alignment of certain things to their very own corner. The alley ways within Selene Island were centered much the same, though she did not know them with such familiarity that she could pull the locations from her mind like a map Zakuro was still aware of which parts were far too dangerous for even someone like her to venture. In her opinion the alley ways of the island felt more like deserted islands where people when they came across others like themselves had only one thing on their mind, killing the other before the other killed them as though they were stuck so far from civilization that what little possessions they had were worth more here than anywhere else within the world. With lacking knowledge of what it was like to have such a hard life despite the small emotional trauma that Zakuro seemed to suffer from she could honestly say without a doubt she couldn’t feel how they felt. “ a little birdy? How quaint” clearly the boy was going to mock her for her choice in words, he was after all the parrot that happened to be repeating everything was he not? Surely he couldn’t fault her for trying to make a joke out of the situation at hand, they were after all stuck in the middle of a rather sketchy spot trying to give each other information without anyone else knowing what they were trying to do. The sun slowly began to make its way closer to her body to which she wanted no part of, apparently she had chosen the wrong place to stand as others she watched gave way to run from the bright and powerful light. Should one fall to the blaze of the sun the evil to which had entrapped them would have escaped and gave no cause to their meaningless life. Walking forward into the sun Zakuro allowed the illumination to purify her if only for a moment before she placed her hands on either side of the boys head. A serious miscalculation by the girl as she left her whole body open for an attack, however she knew she needed to prove to the onlookers that she was in no way an easy target or as odd as it sounded a shady outsider. “ I was told to collect certain information you have a better understanding of how a few well know originations happen to be working right now. Perhaps something on their members or current activity within the island, pretty much whatever you have to offer and no big boy I won’t skip out on the payments either I have plenty of rewards all for you” her had slid up the wall and brushed against his cheek before she tapped the boys nose, a few who had been getting a little too close for comfort seemed to laugh as the girl retched down to play with his zipper, clearly she had to make it look real else Zakuro figured she was going to have to get a little rough and blow her cover. Oh how much trouble she was going to find herself in especially if she had to come back to such a disgusting with someone like Az or .. killian.
