Hello, everyone! after dealing with real life and the other nonsense of living, panny and i have decided to bring back war of change. give a round of applause. we’ve worked through all of the information and hopefully improved coherency and cohesion; however, tell us if we missed something. eventually, we’ll announce an event to celebrate the re-opening, so look out for information on that. -RAIDNE, THE HEAD ADMIN
From the moonless night, screams of terror and fear resound, spreading across the world and infecting the masses; however, those sleepless nights occurred years ago. A new era began with the fires of war, and with no end in sight, the residents of Selene Isle trudge through life, basking in the momentary peace. Despite their prayers for continued monotony and peace, a storm brews, stirred to life by the continued presence of Rapture and Wraith. And as we set our sights on the seemingly peace laden isle, we must ask: how shall this tale end?
As the years passed, the number of true pairs increased; however, they continued to live in the shadows, catering to the whims of the mundane. Seven Moons kept watch over them all, instructing them and assisting them, but for many, the attitudes and ideals of the organization were smoldering, suffocating. With Seven Moons and the mundanes, they could not grasp the freedom, the power dangling before their eyes. In the beginning, rebellion was a dream, a fantasy, a figment—developed by the repressed and carried forward due to the nature of humanity. No one expected the call to sound, and no one expected the call to be answered. However, it happened.
"Sorry that I went ahead. I just had to have a small chat with your sister. I wonder if she likes me, though."

A gesture broke the silence as he lowered his body down and brushed off the gray tombstone lightly with his hand. The olivine pair of eyes carefully examined the name carved on the stone, simply remained in silence as a sign of respect to the one who was resting in the grave and her living settlement. He heard about her long time ago, and he was unfortunate to not be given a time to say thank you for everything. Though he did not know about her that much, she was an important person in his important person's life. A bouquet of flowers was rested on the altar and slowly he stood up straight. His closed his eyes and a smile appeared calmly on his pale lips. His heart began to speak, as if it was to the dead.
Hey Maya. Sorry that I couldn't get your favorite flower in the color you like this time. It's not its season. It's been four years now and, well, your sister and I- we are doing great, not that you didn't know. Ame said you are always watching us from up there. I guess there's no need to hide about some stuff we did, huh? We've been through a lot, but maybe because you were there with us, we managed to get through it together.
I'm sorry, Maya. I couldn't keep our promise back then. In order to save her I- I had to leave her side and I realized I was a fool for doing that. You must be thinking I did not deserve her, I did think the same but I need her. I really do. This year will be our second year together, so Maya, please be at ease now. I have no intention to betray her anymore. You should know that by now.
Wind blew across the graveyard and passed by him as if it was sending the message to Maya. His eyes opened and when he noticed a presence nearby, he turned his head aside and looked over his broad shoulder. The smile on his face turned sweeter as he realized the presence was someone he always smiled for. Leon turned his body fully behind, letting one arm out to her direction and spoke, "Ame." His voice was no longer weak, timid and lack in confidence. It was bold and deep, and full with yearn for her body in his side. He titled his head and smiled more. Who would have thought that both of them will be together in the end? He was surprised, too, to find out that the silent living doll he met years ago, was the reason for him to live. He had harbored feelings for her and only realized it when fate tested the bond between them. Dante, was there too back then. Oh, no. Dante WAS him, but he feared that part of him who was rebellious, cunning and bold. It was all thanks to Ame that he finally found his true self.
Dantalion Sylas Albion. Such a great name, isn't it?
"Sorry that I went ahead. I just had to have a small chat with your sister," he explained as his free hand ran along his copper red hair neatly combed to the back. The ear-less young man looked back to the tombstone and continued speaking, "I wonder if she likes me, though."
Gentle winds swept through the silent plains blowing along the voices of those that rested on the grounds underneath. Their wishes, their hopes lay within those who kept their souls alive in their hearts. Leaves brushed past the sturdy granite cross bearing the one name connected to the once living doll who valued herself as a living canary trapped in an invisible cage her upbringing brought upon her.
You could say the key that once opened it now rested beneath that cross. Marked only by the granite stone bearing her name for people to remember, she only had one relative not that the whole remembering thing mattered. One confidant that now managed to fly on her own set of her crisp white wings.
No sound disturbed the still resting place, the bustle of everyday life seemed far detached to the serenity the place brought upon itself. The dead, merely sleeping residents forever residing in the land of eternal dreams, how long was it now since that day when the doll-like ice princess brought the boy to meet her beloved other half. Correction... Maya finally relinquished her hold on that title instead presenting it to the boy that actually gave her the reason to see eye to eye with the same species she’s classified in. The one person that gave her the light through the dark prison she trapped herself in.
The winds blew again, brushing against the figure that stood in front of the peaceful grave. Cooling air touched the skin of his cheek as if an unseen hand brushed a finger through the soft skin. No one replied to the silent missive. Clouds fluttered over the horizons moving in such a slow pace without a care in the world. White fluffs that ran rampant through the clear noon skies. The one he’s speaking too didn’t need to say it...
A silent understanding that only the two couldn’t understand, one spirit that entrusting something she held so precious to someone she knew would do her job far better than she could ever wish she could. Could say... the child finally found someone to take her place.
Grass crumpled under the foot of another figure as she hiked up the lone cobbled stone path way upwards to the top of the small hill. Silver hair blew through the warm noon winds as it played upon the soft locks. Once lifeless amethyst orbs glowed with a new kind of life she once thought was impossible for her case. They held a new glow within them...livelier than what she once was. She could no longer call herself a doll... It went along with the ears that once stood atop her head.
Not bad after only four years...
Soundless footsteps made their way to the lone figure that stood upon the familiar grave red hair swept across from his head. She stood still to admire it, a playful smirk rested on her lips. So this is where the boy went... he went ahead of her. Oh well, she didn’t hold it against him.
Just this once.
Creeping behind him, Amethyst took great care not to be heard by the sharp eared young man. She waited till his head craned back over those broad shoulders. She smiled back, hearing his deep toned voice call out her name. “So this is where you’ve been...” A glimpse of mischief crossed her delicate mien. Light orbs glimmered playfully as she took his outstretch arm, immediately latching herself onto that limb. She grinned... so different from her once expressionless façade. “It’s okay... “ Replied the young woman, leaning her head against his strong arm before she looked up as she heard his last statement. “Hmm... Onee-sama had always been one stubborn girl. Though... I think you earned her approval.” Just as she said those words the winds blew again, grasping against the hat the silverette held on her head, she gasped as the winds took it blowing it down the hill. “Dammit...”
‘I entrust her to you...’
A voice spoke through the wind only for Leon to hear.
"Do you think so? I mean, I took her sister's ears off, you know."

"You came back." That was the first sentence uttered by the woman who saved his life. His eyes lingered over the emotionless glance the female gave at him, before she turned herself away to face the nightclub which he used to call as his home four years ago. It was unforgivable act of betrayal, but he was given no choice to retaliate. He was cornered and even if he struggled, he could not wing against them. He did not answer her, simply looked aside and asked, "Ame. Did you watch over her as I-" Before he could reply, wind whooshed in a breathe and suddenly he found himself flying to another end of the bar. Loud bang followed as he was knocked down to the floor. He groaned, held his stomach and coughed at the sudden blow he received. Haine stomped her leg she had raised to kick him. One kick- she promised one kick and that was enough to return back all the pain for hurting his sweet partner. Haine let out a 'tch' and screwed her face in annoyance. "If it's not because of that girl, I would have killed you now." Everyone was upset with his decision to leave her because of his cowardly act not to stand up for himself and his partner, Ame. He shook his head and got up with shaking knees. God, this woman really meant to kill him. She glared at him and studied the eyes that were once would never stare back. He has changed. He gave her a determination look, which made the woman scoffed and weaved him tiredly. "Just go, already. You're pissing me off if you keep looking at me like that."

‘I entrust her to you...’
He perked his head up and glanced his eyes up at the blue sky. Random-shaped clouds were moving slowly and a flock of birds were flying towards a never-ending canvas of atmosphere. The voice he heard- was he daydreaming again? He blinked few times and before he knew it, his head had already turned to face the woman he loved in his arm right now and snugged his face on her head.
"Hmm...." He hummed in delight. He was not sure if it was real but, he felt grateful for it. Thank you.
He opened his eyes and rested his chin on top of her shoulder. Since he had grown few inches taller than her after he had shed his ears and tail, he needed to bend himself a little bit for her. One hand remained hugging her amazing curve he enjoyed brushing his face on and another hand remained in his coat pocket. A fake sigh slipped out as he muttered, "Do you think so? I mean, I took her sister's ears off, you know." His tone did not display such sincerity that he was feeling sorry even one bit. He knew it was right for him to pick on her dead sister, but he simply wanted to tease Ame about it. He was not sure if this was an addiction but, good Lord, he could not have enough of this darling of his. "Ah, nice wind, nice weather, and you smell nice too," he said after he had taken a light sniff on her slender neck. His eyes rested on faded red spot and a grin sprung on his lips. So he left a mark here too. He stood up straight by carefully brought his head up without tapping on to the hat on her head and chuckled.
"Now that we are done here, anywhere else you would like to visit?" He asked, simply digging his hand that was resting in his pocket deeper. Clink sound heard few times as car and house keys in his pocket collided on to one another. He took a day off today just for her. He wanted to spend one full day with her on their anniversary day. He also has a surprise waiting for her at the end of the day, but a surprise will remain a surprise.
"Or... maybe you'd like to just go home and have fun there?" Leon laughed silently with his head turned other way, hiding the overwhelming excitement inside him.
He promised he wouldnt leave her two years ago she didn’t know whether or not to believe the lone fact he broke that promise. Stole away in the middle of the night he was gone the following morning. There was no trace of him, as if his existence was a mere figment of her suppressed yearning for the warmth another soul provided. It was...
As if she was tossed back into that never ending prison she’s been caged it. Fate knew when to bait her in, let her enjoy the taste of it before ripping it from her fingertips. She did exactly that...
Dark days those times were reality finally hit her, her more realistic side knew this was bound to happen. That she let her trust get the better part of her judgment. Humans were like that, once they get bored of something they would toss it away. She wanted to believe otherwise, the other half wanted to argue that Leon wasn’t like that... but it happened anyway. She hid it, hiding it back to the stone cold shell. The mask that held her sanity firmly planted back on her snow white mien.
Now...
She shuddered to think that even happen, the event firmly pushed back into the darker more least travelled part of her mind there to rot till it disappears to where lost memories often gets dump to. She looked up at him, lips creased in a faint pout from the loss of her favorite white Sunday hat. Well she could always venture down to pick it up, but for now...
The young silverette contended herself within the arms of her partner. His strong, musky scent wafted into her nose, breathing in the calming scent as she relaxed. She loved feeling him this close, the warmth, his scent she got so used to it to the point she can safely state she’s addicted to it. Winds wondered around them blowing at their clothes and cooling the faint touch of the noon sun. "Do you think so? I mean, I took her sister's ears off, you know."
Poking fun at her sister is he? His statement brought a bright red glow saturating her cheeks. Hell the color she’s sporting now could compete and win against a ripened tomato seeing how bright the red blush that colored her cheeks. Her eyes widened as she spluttered out a meep before burying her face on his chest. Even now the mention of those private moments still sends the girl into a blushing heep. Not that he looked regretful about it. “You know...” Began the child, shyly looking up from his chest, light purple colored iris connected with his green ones as she tried to summon a cute innocent smirk on her lips.
“If she was still here, she would probably chase you to the edge of the island with a pitchfork. Though still cant believe you were the first to get exhausted.”
She knew her sister well enough to know she would do just that, Maya...is a rather interesting individual with a temper that could probably scare the Leon... that was before he changed into this one. She was happy he finally succeeded in finding what he wanted to find. She was happy he was finally back with her, bird flew overhead painting a picture over the clear skies.
The man moved his head down to her neck, the faint tickle his breathe caused as it touched her skin sent delicious shivers racing down her spine. The rosy tint on her cheeks refuse to die down once he hovered over the slightly red mark on her neck. Damn the boy and his tendencies to leave marks on her. Oh well, she has scarves for it if needed not that she even bothers covering it up anymore.
“Not that I can think off at the moment...” She replied, wrapping her arms playfully around his waist the jingle of both car and house keys played upon on her ears. They live together yes, they share a bed yes and for all the world could care the young Italian wasn’t complaining. Her eyebrows knitted together as if contemplating something, he already took her out to the places she wanted to go so... nothing was coming to mind. She looked back at him as a faint playful smile grew on her small lips. “Home sounds tempting especially if you make it sound like that.” She winked, laughing playfully as sweet as the melodic tone of a sweet angel.
Leon had simply laughed at her reaction as the girl squeaked like a cute girl she has always been and buried her face onto his chest. Ah the feeling was great. To be able to hold her back was just amazing. He could give up Heaven for her, but rather than that, he wanted to bring her in Heaven with him instead. Why would he give up something that could promise an everlasting happiness? Heaven was a great place for them and she was his everything. So rather than pick one, he wanted both. Stingy, he knew he was but only when it comes to her. Memories from the past lingered as he remembered his other self began to merge with him inside. It pained him and all he could do was crying for his name as his image began to diffuse into little orbs flying towards him.
"Stupid, why are you crying? It's not like I'm gone or something. I am you, so no matter what we are together. And that girl, we both love her. So don't give up, Leon.
Don't make yourself regret anything."
His fingers twitched and were slowly curling and straightening as if he was testing his sense of touch. He has obtained the other's thoughts, feelings and memories that he was once did not understand. His thin brows knitted. He finally knew what happened to his parents and how he got himself part of the syndicate. Dante and Leon had become whole finally.
This is the reality now.
The young man smirked quietly at her statement about her sister chasing him with a pitchfork. That was... cute. He never understood the feelings to have a brother or sister, real one that is, but surely it felt great. Leon was not the silly old Leon, no. He became wiser and more mature but the childishness was still there. Life without a bit of teases and picking on others was not fun at all, you see. So he held on to that part of him even though he had always admired the other him and cool air that surrounded him. He had chuckled over the thought of a girl, someone who looked like her; cute (not as cute as his darling here, no) but a tough cookie, were running after him. Nah, it won't happen. He would swiftly explained he was serious about being the one for her. She will understand right? He had simply chuckled more.
“Home sounds tempting especially if you make it sound like that.” Damn this chick. What was in her mind, really? How can she wink and laugh when all she had done was stirring the manliness inside him. He grinned amusingly while knitted his eyebrows lightly. Both of them have changed. He embraced her traits fully, whether when she was an emotionless Fighter or when she has already become his lover.
Lover.
That word made Leon's face changed. Oh right, as tempting as the house sounded, he can't bring her back yet. No. Her laughter distracted him and so he turned back to her. A smile appeared with him suggesting a diversion from the topic in his mind. "Aha, you just love getting us sweaty and exhausted one whole day, don't you? My my, I guess Ame's also a cute beast on bed." He said, snickering at the loveliness he felt from her. He leaned down to give her a light kiss on her forehead and as his eyes locked on hers, he carefully creased her face in his mind.
"You're the only one that can drive me nuts," he murmured in his husky voice as he lowered his head more for her pinkish lips.
If Maya was here right now, would she be happy with her choices in life, her choice to remain in this man’s side. Her choice to give him her life like he had done with his and him being her reason to maintain her will to walk the world of the living instead of the never-ending temptation to join her so called other half.
Oh wait... Maya passed that title to Leon now.
In a sense the girl felt her sister’s acceptance. Twins were like that connected through a stand of thread. Each one knowing their inner thoughts and feelings, it’s how her sister managed to read her when others could not. A blank book that refused to show the story written within its pages it was only her that managed to read the blank book known as herself.
Glancing up, the girl caught note of the gentle glows of the noon sun played upon on his reddish locks. The light bounced upon each strand making them sparked with life, a tiny smile spread through her face soon replaced by a small embarrassed yelp when his statement entered her ears. Oh this boy and his mischievous ways...
The blush came back, her cheeks flared bright red as a tomato as she stammered out incoherently at the jumble of words she wanted to retort back to him. Only, she couldn’t form a complete sentence from the mix of embarrassment and mild shock. He always enjoyed teasing her with it. Oh a beast eh? Once she managed to collect herself her lips curled in a cute pout, it happens every time the boy makes fun of their ‘nightly activities’ well he’s the one who has a content goofy smile every time it happens. Just he wait...she’ll come up with something to toss back at him.
“Maybe so,” The pout making way for the smirk that now crossed her delicate rose tinted lips, light eyes sparked with untold mischief. It was almost as if... Maya did come back but through her, the same mischievous gleam but he wouldn’t know that... she was still Amaterasu. “But you weren’t complaining those times... and didn’t you make sure I’ll be your cute beast?” She cocked her head to the side as she purred on his ear.
She knew how to get him to tick, how to tap into what made the man beat out as if he ran a thousand mile marathon. Guess they both did when it comes to each other. They were each other’s other half... bounded by fate. They were a unit, a pair...
Even if the man was destined to take all her pain... she didn’t like it as his fighter her job was to protect him. Which she’s proud to say she had done a good job so far,
She giggled feeling the warmth that came as his lips touched her forehead, such a romantic. Their eyes locked for a moment, light clashing with those dazzling greens of his eyes. The trees rustle leaves swayed upon the incoming breeze as a few fell down on them.
“I’m glad I haven’t lost my touch then...” She murmured back a small playful smile on her face as he leaned closer to her. Four years ago...such a long time it was, they changed. He wasn’t the shy little boy she came across all those years ago and she wasn’t the doll he came to known... Things changed and so did they. Once he was close, she breathed in his scent it lingered in her nose before she peck his lips. Yup... definitely a playful little fox she is.

The kiss was like a call on his soul to awake. The kiss was a confirmation that this was not a dream; this was indeed his reality. It was sweet and tender. It was like an ecstasy but a good kind, nothing too excessive and too dangerous. It was a perfect addiction for him and how proudly he can say it was for him only. He broke the kiss, nibbled on her bottom lip playfully and stood up straight. His arm remained to wrap around the girl's perfect curve. He gave a sly grin and rubbed his arm along the curve few rounds. He enjoyed seeing his lover squirmed in his arms. It made him felt loved and happy. Her laughter and her smile; they were the radiating sun to him. He remembered one of the first few things he said to her. It made him hummed in delight. If he was to speak about this, she will surely yelp at him. It may not be one of her favorite scenes since they had cold shoulders in the beginning, but still it was his favorite memory.
It was when he said her name was like the goddess of the sun, Amaterasu. She was like a radiating sun, even if she denied it in silence.
Leon stared at her almost like something sneaky was playing in his mind. He suddenly laughed, raised his hand up to her forehead and flicked it with her middle finger. A light tap sound heard. "You underestimated yourself too much, Ame," he murmured while chuckling and let go off her. Wind blew occasionally across the open graveyard covered in green of grass, white of sky and gray of tombstones. He walked passing through the wind flow, making his coat floated as the strong wind blew. His hair was slightly longer than before, yet maintained neat and proper. His left side hair was gelled and pulled back, leaving the other side covered. His used to be spiky hair was also toned down and well-combed. He was now handling his own business, particularly working as an external officer for the local police department. It was because he was part of Synister and Rapture that he was chosen to be part of the team. He was the middleman in dealing with the groups, especially Rapture whose one of the leaders was one touch chick to handle. With him presenting the squad, the police was able to talk through with Haine the Vulpes. Well, she never said yes to anything they said but at least there will be no more officers being stabbed by her.
Leon brought his hand to the back, opening wide for her to reach while saying, "I'm hungry. We should have something to eat." He needed to think some kind of a plan to make sure he can bring her to the place he planned to propose her. Yes, exactly. For four years, including two years being an idiot, he had thought completely about this. He knew now Ame was the perfect girl for him and his dreams of future always evolve around her. If he would buy a house, there will be her and a dog as a pet in home with him. If he would have a family, she will have a baby in her arms and two more children of theirs sitting with him, listening to her talking about her journey with him.
Yes, they were his perfect future dreams and unlike Haine, he wanted and will do whatever it takes to make it come true. For starter, he needed to give her a ring. His eyes scrolled down onto a pocket of his coat. Strange. The salesgirl from the jewel shop he ordered a diamond ring was supposed to call him around this time to confirm the ring's ready. Unfortunately, there was no news from her and it began to make Leon anxious. He turned behind for Ame and spoke, "Shall we go now, milady? What would you like to eat?"
She shown like the sun he says until now the girl argued against that. She didn’t see herself as anything special to be compared to something so bright. Until now she held onto that logic, no she saw herself more as the ethereal moon. Calm, delicate and gentle rather than the bright warmth that radiated from the giant ball of flames glowing in the morning skies. The girl turned to face her partner, companion and most of all lover with a pout crossing through those soft pinkish tinted lips.
The young Italian breed child could almost guess what passed through that mind of his. For four years she had been playing the guessing game with the boy’s complicated mindset. The last two years she tried to get through the days he was gone. Coping, forcing the beliefs he left her deal with it through the delicate programming her mind had.
She wanted it to work but deep inside the child knew it only made the wound fester even more. Correction, she wasn’t a child anymore. She had long past the days remembering the fragile silverette that spent her days mulling over the books in the small library in the home of her guardian. The silent walls with only a window showing the real world. She was free, physically she was. Mentally the chains still clasped tightly on her ankles refusing to break its hold on the child’s psyche.
A prisoner of her own creation... oh how fitting.
Ironically, she silently agreed.
A breathe laced with fresh floral lavender blew along through them, flowers swayed and danced along with the moving leaves that floated in the air as it played in the silent graveyard. Her partner spoke again, breaking any chances for her mind to wonder down the golden bricked road of memory lane. The young woman kept her ears to her lover, nodding at his statement while musing over her reply. They came so long... From the two brats they were in the past, they shed those along with the ears and tails of their telltale childhood.
“I’m not...” The pout remained crisp on her pearl tint mien, her cheeks flushed with a light hue of red as she playfully looked away. “I’m just stating the truth,” Rolled her eyes.
Up till now she never did like giving herself credit more so to keep her mind from growing from its size. A good trick to keep the level headedness she prided herself in. Looking back at the boy, her eyes reflected the morning rays, blinking as it made her eyes watered a bit from the brightness. She should have brought sunglasses. She mused with an irritable move of her hand to block the bright sun.
She followed him down the path, grass brushed up against her bare ankles tickling the sensitive skin as they passed through. Clouds began to move through the canvas of blue hiding the yellow orb bringing them warmth like a shielding blanket tucking it away. Catching eye of his form turning back to face her Amaterasu cocked her head to the side thinking for a second about his offer. “I think I’m past famished.” She chuckled, as a university student she learned the old trick of withholding the urge of food to focus on the long lectures that came along with being a student. The silver haired youth then added before she got another lecture from the man about the importance of having a balance eating time especially since her health just started improving about a year ago after he literally dragged her to get her heart issues straightened out.
“Japanese or Italian?” She asked, coming into steps with him. “You decide this time... as long as it’s not spicy.” She grimaced remembering the one incident he found out about her deadly allergies to that. It...wasn’t fun having to get injections for that. “I don’t want another repeat of last time... unless you enjoy seeing me being turned into a voodoo doll.” She glared at him playfully.
Like all the colours Like true love Like the purity of the light Oh stars in heaven Give me the story of true love and the purity of the light
Oh. That incident.
Leon made a small fart-like sound and turned his face away, trying to fight against the urge to laugh. His hand, specifically his fingers quickly rested on his lips he was biting to hold shut. He thought he was already mature and old enough to understand it was not nice to laugh at a lady, but then again he did not actually laugh at her directly. He managed to calm down and swallowed the almost burst air in his mouth so he could speak. His head turned to her direction, eyes stared gently on hers and lips formed a charming smile. He chuckled as he replied, "Nah, you don't fit to be accursed doll." He chuckled more feeling happy butterflies in him. "But then that makes it easier for me to take you back home, don't you think so?" He teased as his head tilted other side looking at her with a flirty grin.
Oh, hold on Leon.
He did think of bedding her but first thing first. The ring. He, with a calm face like nothing was going on, grabbed his phone out and began to talk about an Italian restaurant. "Hmm, I heard there is a new restaurant in the Gibbous district that offers great Italian dishes. Great reviews, very exclusive and has great outdoor view." His fingers, however, were not coherent with his mind as they were typing different things. They were tapping here and there and typing numbers of the jewelry shop he ordered a diamond ring from. It was custom-made, you see, and he personally ordered it from a famous jewel maker. It was not too expensive, not for the sake of proposing Ame at least. His face remained to show no emotions he was hiding something; very laid back and almost as if he was actually reading about the restaurant. Once he has successfully left a message, he switched the display off and glanced at her back.
A grin of different kind than before appeared as he muttered in an alluring voice, "Or maybe you like to eat Japanese Ramen? We still have unsettle business with it."
It was a long and old story from their time when they were only getting to know each other. Leon was not the type to cling onto memories that made Ame felt ashamed or embarrassed of herself. He disliked to remember frowning ame, scared ame and crying ame. Crying ame always made him felt like his body being shred into pieces. It was a dreadful feeling and, as if the Fighter was born with an empathy power on her Sacrifice, Ame seldom showed him that. A strong woman she has become.
Don’t she know that look etched upon her sacrifice’s face. For four years... four long years since fate decided it was right for them to meet she began to learn his traits, his quirks and personality. She knew when to look for something if he indeed was holding something back from behind. He had that look she trained her eyes to spot first thing it appears. Her brow raised quizzically an indication the young female was indeed curious about her lover’s action.
Eyes followed the way his fingers tapped rapidly on the key, they didn’t go well with what his brain and mouth were saying. He should know by now, this girl was incredibly perceptive as a trained psychologist student he should know by now how easy it was for the girl to notice his sudden change in behavior.
Although intrigue, her curiosity grasped by him by the its she withheld what would have been an automatic questioning to her beloved. She made a note to keep her guard up, she knew that look on his face... the trickster of a man she choose to be with and form a partnership under the watchful eye of lady fate that didn’t mean she was immune to his pranks. Like now.... his words touched her ears faster than any would, cheeks rose to the brightest of red as she spluttered out, her eyes widened comically in both her internal shyness and the butterflies that fluttered at the pit of her stomach. He truly knew how to make her feel out of her skin. These sensations she thought she grew to understand still held more for her to dabble in.
Who knew her sky adorable sacrifice would turn out to be such a cassanova, she certainly didn’t expect sweet Leon to turn out like this. A huff fell from her lips as she took in a breath to calm her nerves. Air puffed on her cheeks creating the infamous cute pout that played upon her delicate mien. Well played Leon...
Well played... the girl’s mind began concocting her own set of revenge against her silly lover, the wind ruffled the light blue summer dress she had on her person, its light fabric followed through the wind’s directive touch like a tail following its leading body. She turned her head back at him, listening as he presented an idea about the newly Italian restaurant. Amaterasu saw that place a few times from the outside every day she had to walk to the university when her dear beloved couldn’t drop her off. She barely bothered with the train knowing full well that early morning traffic means the damn thing gets more crowded than a tightly packed can of sardines. Nope, walking was the option just told tell her cute red head about it...
Or he might flip out innocent young ladies walking all alone in the streets.
“Hhmm?” Eyelids fluttered briefly to think. Then he dropped the bomb...
Ramen...
Her eyebrow twitched as an invisible vein pounded on her temple, oh that abomination... she didn’t understand why Leon liked that dish... as shameful as it sounded, she was the part Japanese here and she didn’t like something that hailed from her father’s country... absolutely shameful.
She felt as if this was a small hint of revenge for having mostly ice spells in her arsenal as well as dark types...
“Ramen?...” She arched the now lowered brow in silent questioning. “And here I thought you’ve given up on that...” She deadpanned. Can’t really show him she was petrified of the stuff...
There was the hint of a challenge flowing through the alluring tone he used... he knew very well she found it hard to resist that tone...she found it very hard indeed as her shoulders slump in comical defeat. “Fine... Ramen it is,” Determine to show her boyfriend and sacrifice she wasn’t going to back down from the challenge.

Oh. Oh dear me.
To tell you the truth he was actually teasing her about the Japanese noodles. It never occurred once in his mind that she would take it so seriously. Leon simply created a smirk as he watched her pouted. No, her kind of pout was not in the same ugly league as the ordinary pout. Her pout was an invisible force she made from her emotions when she was reluctant, or unsatisfied with something, and that was actually adorable. The adorableness went one level higher when she did not show it to him and acted as if it did not bother her. The copper red gentleman-to-be simply chuckled behind his closed mouth and followed her. After roughly four eyes, he learnt how to walk with her was not to be in front of her or further behind her. They walked almost side to side, but he always has her shoulder in front of his, indicating despite his position as the Sacrifice, or the head of the unit, he prioritized her well-being the most.
For her sake, he let himself been beat up many times so he could continue to stand on his two legs and not fall on his knees in their battle together. He pushed himself up whenever he felt he was giving up, by imagining her sad face seeing him hurt and lose.
Enough about that sad talk. For now, he was glad his life has moved towards a brighter future. He raised his wrist up and glanced over the watch for time. It was still early, but he could not feel at ease. He felt like time has purposely slowed down and it was not as if it was a bad thing. He actually enjoyed spending more time with Ameterasu but there were more important agendas than this. The ring. Yes, the ring!
He hid his sour face as he followed her, his mind wandered off thinking what if the ring could not be ready in time. Oh dear Lord, he will kill that ring designer. His hand left his side and seek for the woman's curve, slithering gently around it from behind and pulled her close to him. He chuckled. "You can say no if you don't want to, dear. I'm flexible," he assured her that he's fine with whatever she likes and doesn't like to eat now. Ramen, what have that lifeless bowl of meal ever did to her that it became her archenemy? Funny he felt if he was to think about it.

A tease that long developed between then it became a game the day he found out about her aversion to the dish that hailed from Japan... Ramen, seriously, Amaterasu couldn’t grasp the reasoning why they loved it so much. First it was Maya who got addicted to it...and now Leon’s fascination with it. She didn’t know what part in her luck attaches her to people who adores Ramen...
She...
Cant...
Stand... the damn thing, a shudder rushed through her spine, sending chills racing through the nerves in her body. The thought of having to devour the hellish thing was enough to make her blood run cold. But... She refuses to let Leon noticed her distaste for it.
Especially not on their anniversary. The thinking clock echoed within her ears, each second that went by felt as if it slowed down in her mind as she raised her head just in time for the old church bells to cling a resonating chime across the silent resting grounds. Her eyes stayed upon the century old building as if mulling something before she felt an arm snake around her waist.
She didn’t flinch, recognizing the warm playful touch from the man beside her. She was glad, for the years they’ve been together he know how to walked beside her not behind her like the old tail he was a long time ago. Four years...she mulled over the years, a smirk preyed upon her lips as she turned her neck to the man as her body moved beside his. His warmth... and his presence now became her reason to why remain on this mortal plain.
“I know... still you’ll never let me hear the end of it.” She chuckled softly, soft laughter danced through the warm summer breeze as it resonated on the coming ears. Stubborn girl... very stubborn indeed when it comes to proving to the man that she wasn’t a coward, no matter if it meant facing her worse nemesis... Honestly...what on earth did these two people found in Ramen that they loved so much!?
A frown marked his face caught at the corner of her eye. She held back the same thing from showing on her face. It seems her dear man is thinking something or is something troubling her beloved sacrifice. “Besides you let me decide the last time. It’s only fair to hand you the reins this time.” A wink came at the end of her sentence as she stretched her hands behind her back before placing her hands at the back of her neck. It was a nice day indeed...
Glancing back at her boyfriend, a faint spark of mischief crossed her bright amethyst hued orbs. No longer dead or cold as a frozen waste land she stopped momentarily in her tracks as she turned her body to face him she then stood on her toes to reach up to his face as she suddenly gave him a surprise peck on the lips before pulling back before the boy could blink she already ran ahead. “Neh Leon don’t tell me you’ve become a slow poke,” She called out, winking at the tease as she dashed for the gates.

Does she know how much she means to him now? She probably knew, but being Ameterasu, it took more than sweet talks to show the reaction he seek from her. They needed no words to be spoken, for they were able to express feelings for one another in their own way. Voiceless, it defined the idea of their relationship and needs perfectly.
The young man simply chuckled back when the woman who has filled his heart with warmness chuckled over the ramen issue. Well, maybe she was right. Maybe he would not let such things simply passed by. I mean, it was a great source of joy, you see and Leon has already developed this twisted mischievous personality to tease in regard of Ame. He would tease her about food she dislikes, about her dresses that made his hands itchy to flip them up, about her hair and about her soft lips. He would probably tease at how she called for his name at nights too, but seriously- he would prefer not to remember it.
It will end bad if he suddenly got turned on half way of the evening.
Light-toned cheeks suddenly flushed in redness as he accidentally remembered the sweet face of Ame on bed with him. Oh, this is baaaad.
“Besides you let me decide the last time. It’s only fair to hand you the reins this time.”
Leon raised his head up, leaving his hand covered his lips slightly as he was surprised by her statement. "But Ame..." He murmured with heavy exhale through his nose. He was ready to say he wanted to try the Italian restaurant food, considering how Ame truly would not survive if she was to dine something she hated. Back then, she was bloody stubborn abut whatever he decided. If she hated it, she will not do it, NOT GIVE EVEN A GLANCE ABOUT IT. And now, she wanted to be a considerate woman about it? Before he could voice his change of mind, an attack was at plan.
Lost in his thought of her, his guard was lowered. No, whenever he was with her, Leon always felt loose and free. There was no need for him to be on guard, even if she was going to pound and pound hard at him. Her soft lips left a sweet remnant on his lips, sending him electrified from small sensation of being won over by her sudden ambush. He was paralyzed, and it was not a bad thing. Blinking, her voice heard daringly about him being slow. Leon knitted his eyebrows and gave one-sided grin. He closed his emerald eyes and let out pleased chuckles. Damn it, this woman really stirred him.
"Says who?!" He shouted, quickly sped up his pace to chase after her. His black coat weaved backwards against the direction he was running. He decelerated when he almost reached the gate. One hand dug into his coat pocket and took out a car key. Another hand raised up and fingers ran through layers of his auburn hair. So, time to go now right?

@ame || THEME SONG || I think he really let her win XP no matter, more things waiting for them lmao
Whatever happened to her shy little cub? That cub grown into a fierce prideful lion that stood before her. Or was until she dashed off from his side in a playful game of cat and mouse, her pride refused to label herself as the mouse but that’s ironically what her role is in the game and the cat was the former lion baby that now sprinted after her in full speed.
Full speed, Amaterasu didn’t need to look back to know the beating footsteps padding through the graveled pathway is her lovers, deeps steps that left echoes as it hit the ground through the soles of the shoes he wore. Well... once a person is so familiar with another, it doesn’t take a simple look to know if that person is near... Their bond is enough to be tracking system for one another. It was now she understood how her guardians managed to sensed their significant other it was through this complex bond that fate could only explain whenever the sadistic lady decides to speak instead of smirk through the daily troubles she tosses at them. One of these days...she was going to outsmart that being one more time...
“I said so!” The retort came as a playful tease aimed to jab at the boy’s sense of humor just as he found it fun to poke fun at her during two years they’ve been together. Ame would have added the last two but...why bother when the half was when they were separated? Dark times indeed... the young pale head pushed the thoughts clear off her mind upon spotting the silver colored lexus parked right by the side of the road. Sun glinted down on the shiny surface as a sound clicked upon its doors when the beeping sound of the lock being deactivated through the small remote her lover had along with the keys.
He had a thing about letting women drive... something to this day she gave up on understanding some men were like that she guessed. Ame didn’t mind, she hated driving to begin with albeit she does have a license...she had a need for it while studying abroad in those two years. Not that Leon ever knew...or... from the corner of her eye she caught sight of the man. Wonder if he ever knew about it...
He probably did... or uncle Az told him, she never did bother asking.
“Aww guess I win this time..” There was a brightness in the chirp, if one looked closely letting their imagination run wild, fox ears would have popped into her head, twitching happily along with a furry fox tail waving at her back. Such a little fox indeed...
Something she took pride in learning from Haine-nee... Like the kick she gave him when he came back the first time... Vengeance felt so good. But enough of that, memories such as those tends to drag darker ones along with it that she felt didn’t need to be dabbled with. Walking over to the hood she hefted her form to sit on it, warm and baking under the sun she didn’t mind as she waited for the boy to reach her. The training with her uncle really did pay off... in terms of the speed she presented but she could have done much better if only she didn’t have straps on as shoes... it’s a pain to run with them to be quite honest. “Ready to go?” Asked the child upon the man’s approach, tilting her head to her side in a fashion similar to what her younger self used to do, she jumped down from the hood, hands casually straightening out her skirt as she sent the boy a petite smile. Guess they were done here. Bye sister... she spoke in her mind as a silent farewell to the grounds her twin slumber in as she looked back before turning her head to Leon, she moved over, creasing her dress as she moved while it partially revealed the thin faded scar poking from her chest area. Soon it would vanish the last remaining mark of their reunion two years ago.
He could outrun her if he wanted to but he found no joy if he was to claim the first place for his own. Sometimes he enjoyed seeing his queen of hearts took the throne of victory and watching her from far has always been a pretty sight. He always admired the ray of light that shined from her, it was like a radiating sun; warmth and bright. It never blinded him, but it did cast away his shadow of darkness. As his hand reached the end layer of his auburn hair, he casually shrugged his shoulders and nodded. "Definitely," he said. His eyes did glance behind to the field of tombstones of those who will remain part of the memories. A small smile appeared on his lips as he bowed lightly.
Till then.
He turned for the door, jumped in for his seat and put in the keys. The engine drummed loudly and the car, from still, suddenly shook and technically became alive. Exhaust coughed smoke as he pressed the gas pedal lightly to test the engine. He hummed happily. Damn, he bought this car, frankly, just because of the sound of the engine as well as the speed it could accelerate. He stretched for a glove box in front of Ame's seat and reached out for a glasses box. While opening it, the young man spoke, "So, Ramen?" he made a pause, leaning his arm against the dashboard and looked up for her. He put on his shade and huffed. "You sure, dear? No forcing here, we could always try the restaurant," Leon was pretty laid back about this. Either one of them was a fine choice for him since both of them were pretty close to the jewel shop.
