I HAVE GIVEN UP MANY THINGS I SOUGHT TO PROTECT The lone wolf had only been on Selene Island for a few weeks, and business had already been fine enough. It seemed even on a island people still hated each other. Of course the wolf always kept up his guard and was always careful to leave no prints of where he had been or where he was going. It was always the perfect killing without revealing who had done it. Even the bullets were designed especially to melt away into the flesh of which they had killed. He had always been trained perfectly, ever since he had become a leashed wolf, of wish he didn't want to think about anymore. It was actually due to this that he was on yet another job that he had taken recently, this one was a little tricky however. The man who had hired him had said that he wasn't the only one who had been hired for the job either. It seemed that the guy really wanted the other dead, and he would pay multiple people to make sure he never breathed another word again. That also meant however, that soon he would be in competition with more than one assassin ready to risk it all to kill and gain the reward of a man. Blank breaths and steps led the wolf to the grounds of the targets home. A quick scope of the area told him at least 12 guards posted not counting what was within the huge castle of a home. The wolf slipped over the wall that was about ten feet high with ease landing in the slightly damp grass. With a quick jolt of speed the wolf jolted forward with blinding speed efficiently taking out any guard in his path as they landed blankly on the ground without a word or sound that echoed from their mouth. It was almost too easy as he made his way inside the building continuing the run. At least till he suddenly felt another presence, a powerful presence that wasn't there before. He hadn't felt it when he was inside so that meant that someone else was here that hadn't been a moment before. The presence was too powerful for simply lackies of a rich man. The wolf skidded on his heels as he turned his attention from in front of him to the darker area of the hall behind him. His black coat falling limp at the back of his legs. One gun held pointed out in front of him the other at his side in his other hand. The slight reflection of the moon through the glass windows gave the only light of the hall. Reflecting off his glasses slightly, the wolf waited for it to appear, whatever this feeling was the wrecked of only one thing.. death. MADE BY ★MEULK OF GS & THQ

| ❝ He cared not for money. In fact, he couldn't care at all about the thing that people sometimes said made the world go round. Money was a material possession that no one needed a surplus of. Money led to a great deal of things to happen, all of which was none too good. Of course, that just depended on who you were asking. Rixon had always been the pessimist and so, money was always on the side of evil. As for him? What exactly was it that made him not care? His inheritance. He had enough to live a life of luxury until the end of his days. So really, the payment for this death of one man was meaningless to him. That only begged the question for why he was here to begin with. That answer was simple. Information.
Information was knowledge and as the saying went, knowledge was power. In the long run though, power was still power and he would very much like to have it. He needed it for a purpose. Balance had to be kept and he was the bookkeeper to it all on Selene Isle. It was no official title and he did not quite fancy him to lay claim upon it. Rixon merely felt like he was one. Surely there were others that shared the same ideal as he, but he had no wish to interact with them. A greater good, but he wasn't all too keen in associating himself with others. Not after Fiara and certainly not after losing his eye. He walked quietly through the hallway, careful to make sure not a single one of his footsteps made a sound upon the hardwood floor. It was harder to walk on such a hard and flat surface in comparison to carpet, but after years of experience, it was second nature.
It's a wonder how things like this, simple things that most people would not have bothered to pay attention to, was so useful when you needed to keep hidden. Invisible, unnoticed. In his line of work, it was a necessity. A - He blinked and turned his head to peer out from the side of the window that had thankfully been on his left and not on his right. The fox would have missed it then, what with how silent and quick the attack had come. He was able to catch a glimpse, a fraction of a moment, where a man had come in and knocked the guard out cold. Not that the henchmen, or really the hired low life, had much of a chance. Such speed and accuracy was to be expected of those on a much higher level in comparison. A shame that the man, the target that is, would not hire those that would be more of a challenge. It would have at least made it somewhat interesting. Amusing even. But he was not here to kill people, even if he would have found it pleasing. No. He had information to gather, not pigs to slaughter.
However, this man was to be a problem. Whether or not the other proved himself to be one was the question. He was in no mood to socialize. Then again, when had he ever been? His singular ocular narrowing at the sight as he continued to stare out into the grounds below. "How troublesome." The words came out of his mouth with distaste. And here he had thought it would be a much easier task at hand for him to complete. If only life was just as simple as he had hoped it to be. Complications were.. Annoying. They were all annoying. Complications due to people were the most annoying of them all.
Well, the ginger supposed he would have to meet up with this lone assassin eventually. After all, it might have been a big mansion, but it was a relatively small world. Sooner or later, preferably never, Rixon would cross paths with him. This simply reminded him of just how stupid the employer was that had asked him to take this job. Trying to get several mercenaries to kill one person? It was chaotic for something that should have been organized and straight forward. Note to self, kill the man that had hired so many. It would have been nothing but a clusterfuck if anymore assassins came tonight. The red haired mercenary kept on walking through the halls, silent and passing through lightly upon his feet. And then he stopped when he saw the other passed by him. My, my. So blood thirsty to be in such a hurry? A mistake. He licked his lips and then snapped his teeth. He would be a dead man if he wasn't too careful. But no, the other noticed. The assassin had halted in his tracks, pointed a gun in his direction, and - What? Was he waiting for him? He tilted his head and simply stared at the other. "Do your duty." And he will do his own. If it was permission the other needed, then so be it. The raven haired man already had it. He would not interfere. The one eyed Fox didn't need to be here to watch the other put a bullet through the man's brain. He just needed to be there to gather the man had in his room.
