Hello, everyone! after dealing with real life and the other nonsense of living, panny and i have decided to bring back war of change. give a round of applause. we’ve worked through all of the information and hopefully improved coherency and cohesion; however, tell us if we missed something. eventually, we’ll announce an event to celebrate the re-opening, so look out for information on that. -RAIDNE, THE HEAD ADMIN
From the moonless night, screams of terror and fear resound, spreading across the world and infecting the masses; however, those sleepless nights occurred years ago. A new era began with the fires of war, and with no end in sight, the residents of Selene Isle trudge through life, basking in the momentary peace. Despite their prayers for continued monotony and peace, a storm brews, stirred to life by the continued presence of Rapture and Wraith. And as we set our sights on the seemingly peace laden isle, we must ask: how shall this tale end?
As the years passed, the number of true pairs increased; however, they continued to live in the shadows, catering to the whims of the mundane. Seven Moons kept watch over them all, instructing them and assisting them, but for many, the attitudes and ideals of the organization were smoldering, suffocating. With Seven Moons and the mundanes, they could not grasp the freedom, the power dangling before their eyes. In the beginning, rebellion was a dream, a fantasy, a figment—developed by the repressed and carried forward due to the nature of humanity. No one expected the call to sound, and no one expected the call to be answered. However, it happened.

Everyday, he wakes up to find himself laying in the arm of a very comfortable presence. His scent comforts him and gives him the solace he needs- an energy bar to fuel the day with smiles and happiness. He gets up after an hour struggling whether he wants to ever get away from Xoan, even for a fifteen-minutes bath. Good heaven, sometimes he wakes Xoan to have a bath with him.
He wears a plain white shirt inside. It has been his favorite. The material of the shirt is very light and made of cotton, which gives him airy feelings for during sunny days. He takes fifteen minutes more to snuggle Xoan, clinging to him saying he wants to say and asks him to stop him, but poor Kouki. Xoan never asks him to stay, but it is alright.
9:30 am. That is the exact time he will appear in front of the shop. God knows how he can be so punctual since he is unable to see clock. Well, Kouki is accustomed to many things to cover up his flaws for being sightless. He remembers and counts his every step, knows every turn of his route to the flower shop and manages to tell if Xoan is around five feet away. He greets every flower, plant and living thing in the store. His gentle fingers gently caresses the blooming beauties, treasuring each of them even though he could never see their captivating appearances.
Then, he arrives at the counter. He positions himself few steps here and there, tries to reach out here and there. When everything seems in place, Kouki waits- he waits for patrons to come in and asks for assistance.

Some days he pondered, pondered how things could happen the way they did. In this life he had been told many things, things about the world and how life could be. Since then he had found the real reason to his creation, the real reason he could kill and not feel pain. The reason that he was not human, and oh how he wished that he could be human. He craved for the upbringing he had, away from the others and soon finding once again that that life was not destined for him. Satoru knew better than a lot of he others of the Seven Moon's Zero operation.
Yet he still tried, really hard, to pretend that all of this was normal... to pretend that he wasn't a killing machine and that each night when he woke he didn't have their blood on his hands. The blood of the family he cared for so long, and had lived a peaceful life till the switch was turned and things just happened. Things that had ripped his ordinary life to shreds in an instant. Instead he now knew the life destined for him, to be a machine a machine to fight whenever its master told it to and to kill without care.
So he tried what he could to keep the things of his old life, like the books in the library at seven moons that he read when he was lonely or bored. Recently however he had taken a small job at briar, just to keep out of the moons when he could to pretend it wasn't part of his life. A small flower shop would do the trick, even if many believed him to be a woman from his appearance he would be okay with that. His soft spoken voice only hinted more at the fact that he might have been a woman if not for the well... anyway..
Sat found himself outside of the door almost hesitating for a moment before pushing it open as the bell rang slightly and redish colored hues found another boy inside tending to the store. Was this the other clerk he had been told about by the owner. "Excuse me... I was told to come in today." he said quietly with a little bit of a stutter. Gods he was so nervous, his ears twitched slightly and he felt his tail wrap around his leg.

Snow-colored fluffy ears stood up with full attention of the surroundings. He picked faint shifting and clacking sounds of shoes and heels outside the shop. Noises from engines that passed by along with voices of passersby distracted him from his train of thoughts. The twenty-years old young man was well aware of his surrounding and the busy world outside the flower shop. However, Kouki was not exactly interested in middling himself with the busy street, not without Xoan at least.
A habit of his came so naturally. He has both his hands up to his side face and leaned his head to it like a sleeping sign as he smiled and huffed. Wonder what was Xoan doing now, he thought. His ruby eyes were fixed on whatever was in front of him. It takes quite some time for people to realize those eyes are not functioning, even though he looks like an ordinary boy who is daydreaming about his crush. Not a girl, though and certainly not love or anything. Xoan is his best friend... or at least that was how he thought they were.
He immediately stood up, skid his legs down slowly for the floor and started walking away from the cashier. His land ran along the edge of the cashier desk, ensuring that he did not turn too soon and hit the sharp corner of the wooden desk. Morning sun shined through the glass with comfortable warmth. His another hand raised a bit as he let his skin felt the ray. Ah, it is still too early, he remarked in his mind.
Kouki's white ears perked up. He smiled at an incoming figure, or at least that was what coming through the door that made the bell rang. He bowed politely and greeted the person.
"Excuse me... I was told to come in today."
Kouki's face turned reddish a bit. Such a sweet and soft voice. He blinked his eyes and gasped lightly, finally realized he may have gave a dis-comfortable expression. I mean, he was simply captivated by his soft voice, could it be a woman? Kouki smiled gently.
"I see. Perhaps you are the new employee who is going to replace Wataba-san, are you?" He said, recalling the older employee who had watched over him for a year before he had to quit to support his wife with their newborn child. Kouki was excited to hear the news and the older employee promised to visit him some time soon with the baby. Kouki took few steps front but with caution not to end up too close to the 'woman'. His tail swayed side to side calmly.
"I am Kouki Futaba. You have a lovely voice, please to meet the acquaintance!" He decided to break the ice between them. Kouki's voice beamed with excited and warming welcome. That's how he always been, which makes him vulnerable due to his naivety thinking everyone was kind. Well, he has never seen the ugly side of this world since baby, pardon his excitement.
It was funny that someone like him could be afraid of anything, afraid of having a job and meeting anyone else outside of Seven Moons. The pinkette bit his lip some hoping that he could calm himself down and hope, no pray that he wouldn't hurt another soul as long as he could avoid his blackouts that took away any humanity he tried to possess from his human and earthly days before he had been rudely awakened from the happy slumber he had been in for most of his life. Red orbs connected with other red orbs that coudln't see him.
A small smile lit at Sat's face, only because this person seemed to be of the nice sort and it eased away his worries almost instantly. When the other seemed to recognize that he was the newest employee the otherone wasn't the only one who got a bit red in the face. Sat aslo started to blush some at the thought that he must look like that sort of person. Many of the other Zero's did say he looked a lot like a female, and he didn't really mind being called one way or the other. "Y-Yes! I'm afraid I'm a little late and I'm super sorry! I-I just got a little nervous is all." he said quietly as his eyes quickly shot to the ground to try and relieve his embarrassment.
Sat did look up however as the other seemed to move closer and the pinkette's tail slowly uncurled from around his leg as eyes drifted over the other with light white locks. "It's very nice to meet you too, I'm Satoru, but you can call me Sat if you'd like." he said as another flush came to his face. Ah, maybe that was a little pushy if he thought about it. He didn't want to seem like he was pushing too much or anything, cause he didn't want to ruin this so soon. "I um... I really like flowers." he quickly said to try and fix the awkwardness he felt moving his hands to his hair to casually play with one of his few braids that were in his pink locks
"I read about them a lot... but it's my first time actually working with them."

"Sat... Sweet Sat!" He immediately barked. His tail straightened at the sudden jolt of excitement as he called the other person's name and relaxed back. It swung side to side, almost like weaving a song of solace to the surrounding. Since the two were quite close, Kouki was able to pick up his scent.
Young. Flustered. Nervous?
His head tilted like a kid with questions rolling all over his simple space in his mind. Kouki felt there was no need to be so nervous around him, since neither of them was going to do anything bad. Of course, he fully understood that first day of anything in life can be heart-pounding experience, but it was unusual amount of anxiety this person excreted from his body. His nose twitched at the scent and he smiled. Light chuckles exited form his mouth.
"Please don't be so cautious about the flowers, or about me, or even about this shop. They can feel your worries and get worried too," he said, taking two steps back and turned. His hand raised above his waist to the side as he guided himself to the nearby flower. It was a pot of growing orchids. His fingers trailed along the fragile floral, murmuring words that seemed to be about the new person. He raised his head a bit and away from the flower and tilted his head to him.
"I think the flowers are feeling nervous too about you!" he exclaimed. His eyes blinked two like an ordinary pair of eyes but he could not tell of he did not since the blurriness and the darkness appeared the same from his point of vision. "At least you read about them, they hardly know a thing about you except your name, Sat-kun!" Laughter escaped so idly from his mouth. His fingers remained to hold a leaf of the orchid, like holding fingers of a baby- gentle and not too firm.
"Ah, it's good that you are here. See..." he prolonged his sentence as he raised his hands up. His fingers gently traced the features on his face until they reached the corners of his eyes. He has rather radiating smile on his lips while the words he uttered next seemed rather morphing. "I might need to trouble you with some things in this shop since I can't actually see."
"I'm blind, but I can sense things around!" He said excitedly. He did not want Satoru to feel sorry for him, because he never felt such way about himself. Well, he did feel down about being blind but that was a decade ago. He brought his hands back and fidgeted, humming as he continued.
"I am glad you are here, truly! You are a nice person, I and the flowers feel that way about you!"
