Hello, everyone! after dealing with real life and the other nonsense of living, panny and i have decided to bring back war of change. give a round of applause. we’ve worked through all of the information and hopefully improved coherency and cohesion; however, tell us if we missed something. eventually, we’ll announce an event to celebrate the re-opening, so look out for information on that. -RAIDNE, THE HEAD ADMIN
From the moonless night, screams of terror and fear resound, spreading across the world and infecting the masses; however, those sleepless nights occurred years ago. A new era began with the fires of war, and with no end in sight, the residents of Selene Isle trudge through life, basking in the momentary peace. Despite their prayers for continued monotony and peace, a storm brews, stirred to life by the continued presence of Rapture and Wraith. And as we set our sights on the seemingly peace laden isle, we must ask: how shall this tale end?
As the years passed, the number of true pairs increased; however, they continued to live in the shadows, catering to the whims of the mundane. Seven Moons kept watch over them all, instructing them and assisting them, but for many, the attitudes and ideals of the organization were smoldering, suffocating. With Seven Moons and the mundanes, they could not grasp the freedom, the power dangling before their eyes. In the beginning, rebellion was a dream, a fantasy, a figment—developed by the repressed and carried forward due to the nature of humanity. No one expected the call to sound, and no one expected the call to be answered. However, it happened.

Morgan hated people, well hated letting them help. Now the boy's reasons for letting Adriano help were best left not talked about. It would not help to bring those reasons up, and of course he already knew that. But did people need to know what he was thinking. Not at all. Now he didn't know what to say. Morgan's sister was dead, his family would blame him? Probably for not saving her. She was the idiot who ran into the fire though. That stupid animal would have lived. They always lived, as far as he was concerned. But like it'd end up even mattering right now. He was probably just thinking over this way too much at this point. Right? Yet for a moment he felt that he was just a bit over his head. The very idea of moving was impossible.
Morgan wanted to walk yes, but his legs wouldn't allow it. The nurses would probably keep him in bed. They no doubt knew how bad his legs were. They needed to rest at least a little bit. To find his sacrifice in a way like this. What was he supposed to do. He almost wondered what to say. The black haired male felt worn out. He wanted to just rest again. It sounded nice to find a way to sleep, though at least it'd probably not end up working. And yet he was wondering just what might happen. He didn't want to stay here. Hospitals were so freaking annoying, whether he liked the idea of them or not was not lost on him. It should have been obvious that he hated it.
"Haha you train me. Well good luck on that, I doubt you'll get very far blondie. But hey seeing is believing or whatever." He didn't want to bother with this honestly. But he had to. This was his life now. And he actually hated all of it. So what was he going to say. Morgan wanted to get out of here was this seriously going to take him that long. Adriano better not force him to stay here for too long. It'd be really was strange to be here without his sister. Honestly he wished she was still alive. But he also knew he was wishing way too much. And it wasn't likely to do him any good.
This was all just some form of a game. They were playing around. He didn't need much of anything from Adriano. He just wanted something. People couldn't blame him there, right? Or at least he hoped no one could. But did he really have any clue about this. Not at all. "Tch fine. Asshole." He huffed, and just leaned against Adriano. He needed to rest. His body was already tired, he could barely stay up on his feet right now. Logically that wasn't so bad was it? Yet he also didn't know what to do with it. Relying on other people had never been his strong point. Not now, not ever.
"Keep trying, and we'll see blondie." He mumbled as his body started to go limp. The boy was finally falling asleep, getting a little rest that wasn't forced on him. Maybe because they were leaving.
It wasn't like the blonde had an idea of how this was going to work. They were two very different people after all, and there was bound to be some kind of trial period before they would be able to understand each other. Normally for Adrian, it was a lot easier to give his feelings through actions much louder than words. He wasn't one to really become soft and feely with those that he didn't know. Yet, with this blackette it was a bit different, the situation came about them in a much different way than normal. Adriano had lived knowing that he may never find his fighter and he really didn't mind so much. Using blanks was something he was used to within the seven moons, and he had gotten through it fine for the time being and when spell battles weren't needed he simply used his fists in situations.
Yet here they were in this dance of sorts that led them further into a future that neither of them were certain of. As the pup opened his mouth more words came out and fell upon mostly deaf ears. "Keep barking young pup, but every pup can be trained. Seeing is indeed believing, and I guess we will find that out together won't we?" he said with a small smirk. He didn't really think that Morgan was being all that bad either. He was just a stray pup that had lost a lot in one day, of course he was bound to be grumpy. The smell and obvious distaste of the hospital wasn't really helping with the other's mood either.
Despite his complaining Adriano held him in his strong arms. Morgan was a small thing compared to him, his body thin and light in comparison to his own toned and thicker shaped body. Thankfully however, the pup seemed to settle down if only a little. That was all he asked and it made him ease some, at least for now he wouldn't have to worry about his newly found fighter hurting himself more. In the slightest of features a small smile moved on the sacrifice's face as he himself easing some. His small retort was from a dirty mouth but it only made him grin more, this one was going to be quite the handful wasn't he? Adriano was sure that he would have his hands full from now on..
As Morgan's body finally eased into his a small smile finally came to his face. A small urge moved over him to gently stroke the stands of hair closest to him but he quickly pushed it down. Look at him, he was an elite and this small little form was making him so much different than who he was. He needed to keep his cool and composed personality about him, this pup was making him too touchy and feely. "I'll take you up on that offer, but for now just sleep. " he mused softly with a small breath. It was nice to see the other finally relaxing and at least trying to fall asleep. Adriano walked out of the room and past looks of nurses as they mumbled to each other. The ones that had come with him from Seven Moons could handle the clean up of this mess...
He had a small little pup to take care of.

He almost didn't care, Morgan only wished to flee. The sooner he could get out of here the better. Or so that was what he thought. Morgan did not wish to talk about it, knowing it'd probably not end up going so well. Adriano had won for the moment, if only because he was too tired. He wished he'd be able to get some rest far away from this stupid hospital. He did not enjoy white walls, or the stinky smells. So anything to get him out of here sounded really nice to him. How had someone managed to control him? Someone he barely knew at that. Morgan couldn't believe they even shared a name, it made him feel strange. But of course Morgan kept that to himself. It would probably be the best idea in all honesty. Morgan closed his eyes trying not to keep too close to people. It'd probably not end up mattering. This person probably wanted him to relax. Anything to make leaving easier. Though Morgan couldn't help feel that shiver go up his spine again. His darling twin had died as much as she ticked him off. Morgan was still not pleased with her dying in the way she had. It must have been so horrible to burn alive in that way. Maybe she'd already been dead. It was all the slightly twisted individual could hope for.
Morgan was not entirely into dealing with this whole fighting thing right now. He'd rather be sleeping, anything sounded better then being stuck here right now. Or being stuck remembering his past. How dangerous, and deadly things might be for him. He almost wondered what Adriano would do, or what both of them would do either. He only huffed and stuck his tongue out. The boy had kept his eyes closed but he could only assume Adriano was in that direction. Since of course it wasn't like that blonde had moved too much right now. Or so he hoped. For a moment he felt that his stress and depression had disappeared. His sister's death was done there was no going back. And Morgan could feel his exhaustion started to drag him down again. The need to sleep was so hard to ignore. It would take him soon enough, so just let Adriano keep on talking. It would not do him any good if Morgan was sleeping. At least he wouldn't have to listen to him then. This hospital smell was still so gross, it kept slamming into his nose. Even with his eyes closed. Why wouldn't it go away?
"Good night." He mumbled as his body seemed to relax, the breathing slowing down. At the very least he felt a lot better, he knew his body was going to be fine now. Morgan was in good hands, even if he hated all of the things that brought this forward. His new companion or protector was at least useful for him. Or so he'd thought. Yet it was probably not going to matter too much either. With a small sigh in his sleep like state, he was starting to feel better. Even for a few moments of sleep though Morgan almost had no idea where they were going. They had to go somewhere even if he didn't entirely want to either. He did not care if the nurses tried to stop them. He almost assumed Adriano would not let them. Since Morgan seemed relaxed, his body would recover soon enough. Even though he did not wish to allow his body to recover. Not after what happened to his sister. Adriano would just have a body to take home, the boy would not end up waking up anytime soon with how tired he was at this moment.
The little puppy like boy wanted to keep sleeping but he'd have to wake up eventually. For now all he wanted to do was get to Adriano's home or wherever they were staying.
